Roasted Walnut Asparagus in a Tart Cherry Vinegar with Grilled Salmon

Wouldn’t it be fun if you had someone cook for you everyday, every meal?  OMG YES it would!

But let me tell you ANYONE can make this! Ready?

Saute your asparagus in Roasted Walnut Olive Oil seasoned with some Himalayan salt, bacon crumbles, Feta Cheese and coarse ground pepper.  Drizzle some Tart Cherry Vinegar over it right before serving.

I rub olive oil over my Salmon before I grill it and then squeeze lemon juice over it and season it with lemon pepper, Himalayan salt, coarse ground pepper and dill.  You can really get creative with olive oils and vinegar’s at your local oil and vinegar store.  I purchased mine at Just Tapped here in Helena, Mt!
