Speaking of doable…..try this: While sitting down, draw your navel into your spine–hold (but don’t forget to breathe) perform as many buttocks squeezes as you can for one minute. Repeat the one minute exercise once every hour in an 8 hour time period. Good luck!!
Want to make your own Almond Milk? It’s SO easy! 1) Soak 1 c. of almonds overnight. 2) Drain and rinse well. 3) Put in a high speed blender with 3 c. water. 4) Blend til creamy, about 3 minutes. 5) Squeeze through a mesh bag (made for nut milks). YUM!
