BREATHE! While you’re sitting, adjust your posture. 1) Sit up straight 2) Pull your shoulders back and down 3) Breathe deeply into your belly while keeping your shoulders down and expanding your rib cage. 4) Exhale slower, than you inhale. Repeat 3x each hour. You have now just regenerated and invigorated your body (and your mental clarity).
