TUESDAY FIT TIP DAY
- Sit up tall in your chair, both feet flat on the floor, shoulders back and relaxed, chin tucked
- Pull navel into spine, maintain a slight arch in your low back, squeeze buttocks
- BREATHE (I know, super hard to do it all at once)
- Lift one leg up off floor not more than 2″ keeping your buttocks squeezed, alternate legs
- 2 sets, 16 reps 3x throughout the day
This develops core strength as well as gets the glutes firing while sitting all day! JUST DO IT!
