Pike Jack Pushup

Dare ya!

  • Start in pushup position
  • Drop your knees down
  • Drop your chest down
  • Staying down, lift your knees up
  • Push your whole body up
  • Hop up into a pike and back into a plank
  • Do a jack

Repeat 10 times!
