Homemade HEALTHY Teriyaki Marinade

  • 2 c. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Raw powdered Stevia
  • 6 green onions chopped
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Place all ingredients in a gallon sized zip lock bag, then add your meat.  Can be flank steak, chicken, pork or even Salmon.  Marinate at least 4 hours.  Enjoy!

Did you know that headaches are usually a sign of dehydration?  Next time you get a headache, down some water and see what the results are.  If you still have a headache, mix 1/4 tsp. of pink Himalayan salt in a shot glass of warm water and shoot it down.  Your headache will magically disappear!
