How did your hump day challenge go?

Did you make it?

  • No caffeine
  • No white sugar
  • No white flour
  • Minimum of 12 8 0z. glasses of water
  • Hover 2 minutes every day for 7 days
  • 30 minutes of cardio 5 out of 7 days

How many DID you make if any?  Some is always better than none, right??

We got “SHARE THE LOAD” cardio fusion workout today!  Gonna be LOADS of fun!   Outside, weather permitting of course!  There will be some running, some laughing, some TEAM work and possibly some sweating??  😉
