Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

This is one of the reasons I drink water.Take a look at all these crazy SUGAR laden drinks!  Sugar does not help the body hydrate.  In fact it does the complete opposite.  Your body views all the sugar as a toxin and sends the response to eliminate it as soon as possible.  So, you may think it’s quenching your thirst because you are getting rid of it, but in reality you are flushing it out as quickly as it went in leaving you even more dehydrated….
