More Great Stuff

GET READY—  It all starts TOMORROW!  Do it, just do it— Make up your mind and just DO IT!

  • Cut out starchy carbs (breads, rice, pasta, cereal, crackers)
  • Eat veggies 3x a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Drink half your body weight in ounces daily)
  • Eat protein with every meal (fish, beef, chicken, eggs)
  • Eat healthy fats with every meal (olives, avocado, olive oil)

NO CLASSES TODAY, Friday, Saturday or Sunday!  See you Tuesday at Group Cycle Fuel Fitness 12:10 – 12:50.
