Detox week– Day 1

Simple Detox Water Recipe |

You ready?  Here are the ingredients:  water and lemon!  Drink 8 oz. of water with a lemon wedge in it 8X today.  And don’t forget: No white sugar, white flour or starch today!


Starches come in many forms.  It’s easiest to think of them as processed foods.  Breads, pasta, rice, cereal, crackers, chips….are great examples of processed foods.  Just try to limit them or avoid them altogether.  They enter your blood stream quickly and make you feel hungry.
