Detox week–day 4!

NO PROCESSED FOOD TODAY!  (If man made it, don’t eat it).  Eat only whole foods that are from the ground.  Seems easy enough right?


 

Need to tweak this but concept is good...:

Barbell class today!  Fuel Fitness 12:10 – 12:50 get your muscle on!  Come one, there’s room for ALL!
