No excuses!

No excuses!  No matter where you are, or what you’re doing there’s no reason you can’t squeeze in a walk or some push ups or squats.  This is your year to make a difference.  You say it every year–but THIS time it’s going to be different.  One step at a time… Just move everyday–start with 10 minutes.  Thank you Jenny Christiansen for the great hike and fresh air!

Today’s January daily challenge is to make a smoothie and share the recipe.  Here’s mine:

Power Smoothie

  • 1/2 c. green tea
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 c. strawberries
  • 1 T. flaxseed
  • 1 scoop protein powder
