Hearty Sausage Soup

  • 1 lb turkey or chicken sausage
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 lg carrots chopped
  • 1 lg red potato chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cans chicken stock 14 oz.
  • 1 can white beans undrained

Saute onion and garlic w/sausage until browned.  Add carrots, potatoes, and seasoning and cook 3 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper.  Serve with grated Romano cheese and crusty bread.  Serves 6 


Burn it to earn it:  20 jump squats, 15 pushups, 10 plyo leaps, 5 Burpees repeat 3x
