  1. Annaliese Thank you for this post!!! I am moving in the right direction. No cereal in almost a week!!!  I am having some trouble with the penguin walk. I don’t feel like my pelvis is staying in the engaged position when I move. I love the clam move though, doesn’t take long to feel it. -Kate
