EASY Healthy Hummus!

Healthy Hummus

  • 2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed and drained
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. tahini
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Place beans and garlic in food processor; pulse 5 times or until chopped.  Add 1/2 c. water and remaining ingredients; pulse until smooth, scarping down sides as needed.
