Easter Egg hunt 2016

Looking for something active and fun to do with the family?  Have an EASTER EGG HUNT!  Fill some plastic eggs with these exercises and do them as a family!  Set a timer and see how long it takes to find all the eggs– Here are the exercises:

  1. 20 Jumping jacks
  2. 5 Burpees
  3.  15 crunches
  4. 1 sprint to a tree and back
  5.  10 pushups
  6.   1 bear crawl to a tree and back
  7.  15 frog jumps
  8.  18 alternating lunges
  9.   1 crab walk to the tree and back
  10.   2 skips to the tree and back
  11.   25 toe touchers
  12.   30 second hover
