Monday challenge 4 the week!

Sometimes it’s SO easy (especially in the summer) to let our fitness go down the tubes.  BBQ’s, lack of sleep, alcohol, break in routine ALL contribute to getting derailed.  Soooo, if you do this SIMPLE challenge for the week and nothing else— you will be better off than not doing anything at all right?  THIS is your challenge…  Just do it!  (To modify it, all you need to do is take out the hops).
