Best and worst sleep positions

Your preferred sleep position and pillow greatly influence your posture and chronic pain. If you have neck, shoulder, back, or other pains—or want to avoid them...:

Pillows are so important to maintain proper alignment for treating chronic pain.  Your best bet is to purchase a cervical pillow (or contour pillow) for your neck.  Side sleep with a pillow between your knees while hugging one with your arms,  or back sleep with a pillow under your knees.  Happy zzzz’s!
