7 day challenge -no soda -no bread -no red meat -no alcohol -no pasta -no sweets -citrus fruit daily -8c water daily -30min exercise daily:

You’re welcome that I started this TODAY and not yesterday!  Time to detox people….  Let’s clean it up and get back on track!  I know you’ve been enjoying the summer and this FABULOUS weather a “little” too much–so let’s do this together ok?? (It’s only 7 days!)


Group Cycle today at Fuel Fitness 12:10 – 12:50 pm.  Come one, come all.  Let’s get a sweat on in an AIR CONDITIONED environment!  Let’s DO IT!
