Going on vacation?

Vacation time does not have to equal weight gain and diet catastrophe.  Here are some very simple “tricks” you can use to keep from completely derailing your workout routine and eating regimen.  Check out the video!!

  • pack a cooler with emergency go to foods
  • get up and move vigorously for 1 minute 
  • 3 simple stretches
  • 3 simple exercises
