How to make protein bars

Make Your Own Protein Bars - FitFluential:

For a Basic batch of Protein Bars:

Dry ingredients:

Two cups whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate work best)

One cup of dry oats

Sticky ingredients:

1 3/4 cups of the nut butter of your choice (I use half peanut butter and half almond butter)

1 1/3 cup of honey – or another sticky sweetener

Mix dry ingredients together, then set aside.
