Thank you to all who came to the “Lunch and Learn” last Friday December 16th.  Slow cooker chicken enchilada soup was served with all the fixings- chips, avocado, and cheese accompanied by some energy bombs.  We talked about supplements, alkalinity vs. acidity, protein, carbs and fat servings and snack ideas.  If you missed this one—stay tuned for more opportunities in 2017!
