Ingredients
  • One frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon walnuts (or other nut of choice)
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs or chipped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • additional banana or other fruit slices, if desired
