Banana Mango Smooth is the perfect way to start your morning! The kids LOVE this smoothie recipe.:

Banana Mango Smoothie

 Banana Mango Smoothie

(Makes 2 large smoothies)

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango

1 large banana

1 TB chia seeds

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup almond milk (or regular or coconut milk)

favorite optional add-in: 1-2 drops Orange or Lemon essential oil

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
