Check out this simple unsalted saltine cracker test that can help determine how many carbs, proteins and fats you should be eating every day.  

  • 0 – 14 seconds Fast carb digester = 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein
  • 15 – 29 seconds Moderate carb digester = 35% carbs, 35% fat, 30% protein
  • 30+ seconds = 25% carbs, 40% fat, 35% protein
