Here are 7 basics steps towards beginner meditation practice.

There is NOTHING better to beat stress than to take a few minutes to decompress the situation simply by breathing.  Just take some breaths in nice and slow to calm your nerves.  Hard to do?  Just like anything….practice makes perfect!
