Here are 7 basics steps towards beginner meditation practice.

There is NOTHING better to beat stress than to take a few minutes to decompress the situation simply by breathing.  Just take some breaths in nice and slow to calm your nerves.  Hard to do?  Just like anything….practice makes perfect!

Fuel Fitness today at 12:10 – 12:50 we will be Boot Camping to the Filthy Fifty!  WAHHHH! Yes, we’re outside, yes, bring water, sunscreen and your NERVES!  HAHAHA  (just seeing if you’re paying attention!) P.S. 16 push ups today!
