Lunch and learn success! (85 push ups)

Thank you Dr. Jeff Fife for coming to the Force Fitness studio to talk about “Upper Cross Syndrome”.  We enjoyed some Chicken Tortilla Soup and some No Bake Cookies while we learned about upper cross syndrome and got some great exercises to counteract the effects of it.  Poor posture leads to many things and can be caused by sitting to much, a sedentary lifestyle, working on our computers, and sleeping on our stomachs, just to name a few.  Great information Dr. Fife and thanks to all who attended!  If you were unable to attend but would like to see the video taped session, let me know and I’ll send it your way!
