You have 28 days starting TODAY to get clean before you REALLY get dirty again!  Here’s how we’re gonna do it!  I challenge you to:

  1. Eat 3 meals a day, 1 snack–if needed (no more than 2) using combinations from this list (can add any veggies that are not on here)

  2. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water (only one alcoholic drink per week) or zero hopefully until Christmas

  3. SLEEP 7-8 hours every night

  4. Exercise 4-5 days a week (Workout will come tomorrow, and each week)
