Do something HARD!

 

Life is NOT hard!  Physical exertion is HARD!  Here’s the difference:

  • Life is NOT a choice, it’s going to happen whether we want it to or not.  How we respond to it might make it hard, but it’s truly not hard. (However, it may be a struggle and that’s real) hahaha

  •  Physical exertion IS a choice, we can choose to exert ourselves physically or not and when we exert, we experience many surprising benefits as we all know.  What if we could lift our spirits every day just by doing something hard for a weeeee bit??!! WOW!  Endless bennies….

That’s why I “challenge” you to do something hard EVERY DAY–mainly because I CARE about you and I KNOW you’ll benefit from it.  Now, get out there and do something HARD, I don’t care if it’s for 10 minutes or 60.  Break a sweat and breathe HARD.  If you ain’t breathing hard, it ain’t HARD!
