Oatmeal bowl


Seriously, I just whipped this up because I needed something warm and cozy this morning and….not gonna lie…..IT WAS SCRUMPTIOUS!!!  And easy peasy.  Here goes:

  • 1/4 c. gluten free old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 c. water

  • 1 T. of coconut oil

  • Cook for 2 minutes then add:

  • 1 T. of organic peanut butter

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

  • 1 banana
