Stability ball Tabata

I know you LOVE Tabata!!  Here’s your Tabata workout brought to you by little ole FORCE FITNESS (or me–whatev)  Remember:  Tabata is simply about performing each exercise 8x for only 20 seconds with a 10 second rest.  This will literally take you 20 minutes!!  DOOOOO it! Always feel free to modify!  

Here are the exercises: 

  • Bridge on ball alternating leg drops
  • Feet on ball push up pike
  • Feet on ball pull heels to your butt
  • Lie on ball twist side to side
  • Hold ball squat with ball alternating ankle taps
