12 Week Transformation: Week 4

When Amanda F. signed up for my Online 12 Week Transformation coaching program, little did she know she would see such amazing results in the 1st 4 weeks!  She lost 3″ in her chest, 2 1/4″ in her waist, 3/4″ in her hips and 1/4″ in her thighs. … and 2 pounds of body weight all of which was fat.  All this in just 4 weeks!!  Congrats Amanda for putting in the work!  Stay tuned for her progress report in another 4 weeks….
