You KNOW misery loves company especially when it’s outside in the GREAT outdoors. The LadyBells are tearing it up at Force Fitness. It’s always fun to incorporate some cardio with some strength like in these exercises. Just do 1 minute of each then rotate 3X thru. You’ll get an awesome after burn once the workout is over. Then of course you have to fuel appropriately after a kick butt workout like this. YUM!!
