Transformation Tuesday

OMG!  So excited I just have to share…..only 4 weeks into her transformation program and “Sharon” is down 8 lbs and 8 inches!!  That’s what clean eating and consistent exercise can do for YOU!  When “Sharon” came to me, she was stressed to the max, not eating regular meals, drinking caffeine, alcohol and working out 1 to 2 days a week.  We worked on her mindset in regards to life, her nutrition and exercise.  She dove in and really took the bull by the horns.  I can’t WAIT to see what happens in 12 weeks!  CONGRATS “Sharon” you deserve everything life has to offer you!
