I LOVE these EASY to incorporate tips.  They REALLY are painless, you just have to TAKE ACTION!  Sometimes we get so caught up in our mind we become paralyzed and make “taking action” seem like this achievable chore.  In reality it’s NOT!  Try executing just 3 of these tips one week, then next week add 2 more and so on!  Pretty soon you have a HABIT!  GOOD LUCK….
