You ready for another CHALLENGE? How about a 100 DAY challenge? Let’s DO IT!! I’m challenging you to do 100 days of push ups!! You up for it? Here’s how it works:
*Do one push up on day 1, 2 push ups on day 3, 3 on day 3 and….100 on day 100.
*If you miss a day–MAKE IT UP!
*You can’t stock pile them….meaning you can’t do them ahead of time.
*Keep track on your spreadsheet that you print out.
