Saute 2 cups of fresh Spinach in coconut oil, place in bottom of Ramekin bowl, crack 2 eggs on top of that.  Season with pink Himalayan salt, pepper, and Feta cheese. Place Ramekin bowl on cookie sheet, bake at 400 degrees for 15 – 18 minutes Instant YUM!
