I know, I know……you’re not REALLY ready until Monday. You’re so busy taking the tree down, putting all the decorations away yadda, yadda, yadda. But maybe, just maybe you could do 10 minutes of a challenge I’m presenting your way in preparation for Monday??

- 1 minute of pushups
- 1 minute of alternating lunges
- 1 minute of tricep dips
- 1 minute of crunches
