Today your challenge entails you going from a banana to a hero—a flying super hero that is!  Lie on your back with your arms overhead and off the floor as with your legs in the shape of a banana.  Then roll to your belly with your arms and legs off the floor as if you are a flying super hero.  Repeat rolling back and forth 20 times twice during the day!  So fun!  Would love to see a pic!
