Want to learn how to how to build the perfect vinaigrette?

  1. Start with a flavor base:  mince 2 T. shallots, place in bowl with 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  2. Add an acid:  2 T. sherry vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper
  3. Whisk in oil:  6 T. olive oil, whisk as you add each Tablespoon

Ingredients are suspended throughout the mixture when properly emulsified.
