HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!  What fabulous thing can you do for the one you love this weekend?  What can you do TODAY?  Here’s a thought….BARBELL CLASS!  But today it will be Body/Bell!  We will be doing body weight exercises back to back with dumbbells!  So much fun to be had, so little time.  Get you total body workout in just 40 minutes!  BE THERE!
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2T. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt divided freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 T. unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.  Spread cauliflower in a single layer on baking sheet.  Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper.  Bake 10 minutes, or until golden brown.  Remove from oven, sprinkle with garlic powder, toss and bake 10 minutes longer.  Stir together hot pepper sauce and butter in a small bowl.  Pour over cauliflower and toss.  Serve with Blue cheese dip!  See below!
Blue Cheese Dip

  • 3/4 c. whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 T. mayo
  • 2 tsp. cider vinegar

Combine all together and ENJOY!
