First of all—this is FISH!  Yup!  Fish, Mahi Mahi to be exact.  I never used to really like to eat fish, let alone COOK it.  But, having all the right staples on hand sure makes it easier to make a KILLER fish dish!

Lemon pepper Mahi Mahi

  • Place 2 Mahi Mahi fillets in a pan

  • Pour lemon oil over top of each fillet

  • Sprinkle each fillet with Pink Himalayan salt, garlic powder,  onion powder, lemon pepper

  • Place 1/2 tsp. grass fed butter on each fillet

  • Cook on medium heat until it starts to bubble, pour in a splash of water and cover.  Cook for no more than 5 minutes.
