Looking for a nice warm BREAKFAST ALTERNATIVE??  Give this healthy dish a try!
2 T. Chia seeds
2 T. Hemp seeds
1 T. Coconut oil
1 C. strawberries (or any other fruit)
1 dropper full of vanilla stevia
Pour 6 ounces of hot water over mixture, let sit for 2 minutes add strawberries and YUM!
