chicken parmYup!  I made this and it’s HEALTHY!  Gluten free, sugar free and YUMMEEE!
2 lbs (organic) chicken breasts –Season with garlic powder and pepper
Dip breasts (in order):
1/2 c. coconut flour
3 egg whites/1/4 c. water
1/2 c. ground flaxmeal/1/2 c. parmesan
Fry in 1/4 c. coconut oil, place in cake pan.  Top with marinara sauce and cover with Mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes!
