Healthy 4-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse | #recipe #dessert #paleo


  • 2 large avocados peeled, pitted, and halved
  • 1/3 cup raw honey see note*
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk**
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process until completely smooth. Note: You may need to scrape the edges of the food processor to get everything to combine.
  2. Transfer to a seal able container and refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with grated dark chocolate and/or coconut whipped cream.


*Make this recipe vegan by replacing the honey with pure maple syrup, agave, or coconut palm nectar
**Or Almond Breeze non-dairy beverage of choice
