Ok, so this might not look like a comfort zone thing….but IT WAS!  We took a moonlight hike up Mt. Helena shortly after there was a mountain lion sighting.  Seriously, I was so nervous the whole time hiking (even though it was a full moon and we could see very well).  I just knew a mountain lion was gonna get me….the weak link!  I felt nervous, on edge, unsure and scared to death to be honest with you.  I equate it to experiencing ANYTHING new, like going to the gym for the first time, or speaking in front of people for the first time, or taking home your newborn for the first time the list goes on and on.  There are SO many scary “firsts” and that was one of them for me!  But can I tell you HOW HAPPY I WAS and PROUD after I did it?  WOW!  I felt SO accomplished…. like I could conquer the world and all I did was climb the mountain at 9:30 at night.  Moral of the story:  IT’S SO WORTH all that anxiety!  Whatever your first is.  The light at the end of the long tunnel is SOOOO worth every bit of the angst!  It’s the whole cost/benefit thing.  The cost may seem pretty high at the time of the event—but the payoff—PRICELESS!  I would LOVE to help you with your firsts. Get in touch with me, I can def make it less scary!  Peace, love Anneliese   https://workoutguru.wufoo.com/forms/mguy9iw1pojuyj/[wufoo
