Perform each exercise in reps of 5, 7, 9. Start with 5 reps and repeat every 10 seconds for 1 minute, then 7 reps every 10 seconds for 1 minute, lastly 9 reps every 10 seconds for 1 minute then sprint 1 minute before moving to the next exercise.
