Seize the day! Take time today to think about what you want your NEW year to look like.

Starting is the hardest part.  So how, how, how to do it…Try THIS!

  • Make an appointment with yourself same time every day to move
  • Start with only 10 minutes of movement time
  • Record your type of activity and length of time your moved daily
  • Start a food journal.  Track everything that goes into your mouth
  • Drink water (half your body weight in ounces)
  • Eliminate or minimize white sugar, white flour and caffeine in your diet

    Remember:  it only takes a 30 days to form a habit and that’s your goal!
