- Make an appointment with yourself same time every day to move
- Start with only 10 minutes of movement time
- Record your type of activity and length of time your moved daily
- Start a food journal. Track everything that goes into your mouth
- Drink water (half your body weight in ounces)
- Eliminate or minimize white sugar, white flour and caffeine in your diet
Remember: it only takes a 30 days to form a habit and that’s your goal!
