Hi Gang!  Help me construct a Cycling Playlist!!  This playlist will be YOUR playlist made BY you FOR you!!  Submit any songs that you think would be GREAT to SPIN to and I will put it together! Just send them my way via my blog OR you can email me!  Can’t wait to see what you come up with!


  • Sit up tall in your chair, both feet flat on the floor, shoulders back and relaxed, chin tucked
  • Pull navel into spine, maintain a slight arch in your low back, squeeze buttocks
  • BREATHE (I know, super hard to do it all at once)
  • Lift one leg up off floor not more than 2″ keeping your buttocks squeezed, alternate legs
  • 2 sets, 16 reps 3x throughout the day

This develops core strength as well as gets the glutes firing while sitting all day!  JUST DO IT!
