I remember when I HATED making new years resolutions….mainly because I never kept them.  It was depressing, exhausting, and just a joke basically.  In reality, I didn’t really understand HOW to make my resolutions CORRECTLY~  Yep…  you read that right ~ there IS a way to make your new years resolutions correctly, and to make them in a way that makes sense to YOU!  First of all, don’t look at your resolutions as expectations, rather look at them as STANDARDS!  A standard is something you LIVE by, not something you expect to happen…and when it doesn’t happen you are let down.  If you set a standard as to what you live by, you are less apt to let yourself down because it’s in alignment with your core beliefs!  It’s a STANDARD that you hold in high regard.  Just a simple mindset shift can really take you a long way.  Oh….I have SO many more of these little nuggets.  Want to know more?  Join me in my FREE 5 day challenge starting next Monday January 14th because it’s a New Year and a NEW YOU!!  https://workoutguru.wufoo.com/forms/z1jza0cf1yr1404/
